We're looking for an HR Business Partner with experience supporting multiple leaders across sites and states, serving as a strategic consultant, and leading cross-functional HR Programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys partnering with leaders to solve complex business and people challenges. **At a Glance****Location:** Dallas, TX, Austin, TX or Fort Worth, TX**Discipline:** Human Resources**Ownership:** 100% employee-owned (ESOP)**Travel:** Up to 25%**Work Schedule:** Full-time, hybrid**Sponsorship:** Not available **What You'll Do*** Participate in regular meetings with respective Client Executives and teams* Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies* Manage and resolve employee relations issues* Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations* Understand basic legal principles and seek out additional information as needed to support day-to-day management, reduce legal risks, and support regulatory compliance* Partner with the legal department and HR Leadership as needed/required* Provide HR and Performance Management guidance to team management through regularly scheduled meetings and ongoing discussions, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions* Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention* Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions, and collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings* Assist with the facilitation of Visa Sponsorships and related HR matters* Work in conjunction with HR Leadership to help identify training needs for disciplines, teams, and individual coaching needs **What You'll Bring** **Required****Education and Experience**Education* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or related field, requiredExperience* Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources preferred* Professional Human Resources certification preferred; PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM **Skills and Abilities*** Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy* Able to keep information confidential and secured* Strong customer service skills* Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies* Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors* Excellent time management, organizational, analytical and problem solving skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.* Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate* Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations* Familiarity with human resource information systems (HRIS) and/or the ability to quickly learn computer applications;
