Our Dallas-based client is looking for and HRBP to support their management teams in delivering exceptional guest and employee experience. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to property leaders and frontline managers, driving talent strategies that enhance culture, service standards, and operational excellence across our restaurant venues. Strategic Partnership Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development. Align HR initiatives with business objectives, supporting long-term growth and culture. Use data and insights to influence decisions and drive people-related strategies. Employee Relations & Engagement Manage complex employee relations issues and provide coaching to leaders on performance, conflict resolution, and engagement. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Promote programs that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and morale. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s or HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred. 5+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment. Strong business acumen with the ability to influence, build trust, and partner with all levels of leadership. Solid understanding of employment law, performance management, and employee relations. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, Paylocity) and Microsoft Office Suite.
