Johnson & Johnson seeks an HR Leader to provide strategic human resources partnership to the Immunology Medical Affairs organization in Horsham, PA or Titusville, NJ. The role focuses on organizational design, talent strategy, culture alignment, and leadership development to support business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR partnership to Immunology Medical Affairs organization and represent OneHR on business strategy input
- Design and deploy data-driven talent strategies to attract, develop, and retain critical capabilities
- Lead organizational design efforts and execute workforce planning aligned with business strategy
- Develop leadership coaching relationships and partner on team effectiveness programs
- Shape culture and engagement strategies informed by employee sentiment, survey insights, and retention data
Requirements
- 5+ years professional experience required
- Minimum 2 years HR or HR-related experience preferred
- Strategic HR partnership and business acumen skills
- Talent strategy development and workforce planning expertise
- Organizational design and change management experience
- Leadership coaching and team effectiveness capabilities
