The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining centerless grinding equipment to produce high-quality precision parts.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate centerless grinding machines according to specificationsInspect and measure parts to ensure they meet required tolerancesAdjust machine settings to maintain quality and production efficiencyMonitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as neededPerform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipmentRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentsWork collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlinesFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environmentContinuously look for ways to improve processes and product qualityBilingualQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2 years of experience operating centerless grinding machinesStrong attention to detail and ability to read technical documentsKnowledge of grinding wheels and their applicationsProficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAbility to lift to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsWillingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesOpenness to learning new techniques and technologies
