Recruiting Coordinator

Recruiting Coordinator Castelion is scaling rapidly, and we are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing talent acquisition function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and can take ownership of critical recruiting operations while contributing to the overall candidate and hiring manager experience. You will partner closely with recruiting, HR, and hiring teams to coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruiting process. This is a 100% onsite position based at our Torrance, CA headquarters. Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate interviews, meetings, and travel logistics for candidates and teams Manage candidate communications, ensuring a positive and professional experience from application through offer Support recruiters with sourcing, outreach, and pre-screening as needed Own administrative aspects of recruiting: offer letters, background checks, onboarding paperwork, and reporting Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking systems and other HR tools Partner with recruiting and HR leadership to optimize processes and improve efficiency Contribute to special projects and initiatives to enhance the recruiting function Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of recruiting, HR, or administrative experience (preferably in technical or high-growth environments) Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
