Job Description:

• The Salesforce Business Systems Analyst / Product Owner (BSA/PO) acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals.
• The role involves requirement analysis, backlog management, stakeholder coordination, and driving Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering Understand business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements Elicit, analyze, and document business processes, user stories, and workflows Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in existing processes
• Ensure requirements are complete, traceable, and aligned with business objectives Product Ownership & Agile Delivery Own, define, and prioritize the product backlog based on business priorities
• Create and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies Drive delivery timelines by removing blockers and coordinating across teams Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact between business users, PMs, and development teams Gather feedback, manage expectations, and ensure alignment across stakeholders
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies Salesforce Functional Expertise Work on Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,
• Or Experience Cloud Support configuration, customization, and enhancements aligned with business needs Collaborate with developers on solution design and feasibility Testing & Validation Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria Support UAT and validation to ensure solutions meet business expectations
• Ensure end-to-end quality of deliverables Documentation & Reporting Create business requirement documents (BRD), functional specs, and process flows Maintain proper documentation for traceability and audit readiness Provide reports and insights to support decision-making

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst / Product Owner Strong experience in Salesforce platform (Sales/Service Cloud preferred) Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, etc.

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce Admin certification or relevant Salesforce certification Knowledge of integrations, data models, and reporting in Salesforce Experience in enterprise or healthcare domain (good to have)
