Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant | Tampa, FL (Hybrid)

This is an excellent opportunity to support busy attorneys handling complex commercial litigation matters while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Location: Tampa, Florida
Schedule: Onsite initially, transitioning to hybrid after 90 days
Compensation: $62,000 – $75,000, with flexibility for the right candidate
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level administrative support to attorneys in commercial litigation matters
• Draft, revise, and format legal documents and correspondence
• Manage calendars, deadlines, and court filings (state and federal)
• Coordinate hearings, depositions, and trial preparation
• Maintain case files and ensure organization of litigation documents
• Handle e-filing and assist with discovery and document production
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of legal assistant experience, with a focus in commercial litigation
• Proficiency with e-filing procedures in Florida courts
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court rules, and litigation processes
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office; experience with legal software is a plus
• Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills
