Who We’re Looking For Toyota’s Connected Experiences Division is looking for a passionate, highly motivated Analyst, Connected Services Marketing to support initiatives that deliver exceptional connected experiences to customers. This role is ideal for a collaborative, detail-oriented marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities, and is energized by bringing marketing programs to life. This role supports the day-to-day marketing needs of multiple brands while ensuring the successful execution of campaigns, communications, and marketing operations. Reporting to the Manager, Connected Services Growth, this position partners with cross-functional teams and helps drive marketing effectiveness through strong organization, coordination, and execution. What You’ll Be Doing Success in this role means delivering high-quality marketing support while keeping projects moving in a dynamic, evolving environment. On any given day, you’ll partner with stakeholders across the business, coordinate campaign activities, and help ensure marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively. Coordinate and execute day-to-day marketing activities across multiple brands, ensuring projects remain on schedule and aligned with business objectives. Support the development, review, and distribution of marketing content and materials while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards. Partner with cross-functional teams including product, sales, finance, legal, and external vendors to deliver marketing initiatives on time and within scope. Manage project timelines, track key deliverables, and proactively identify and address risks that could impact execution. Support marketing technology platforms, processes, and tools that improve operational efficiency, reporting, and campaign execution. Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and provide insights that support marketing performance tracking and decision-making. Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to drive alignment on priorities, objectives, and deliverables. Adapt quickly to changing business needs and contribute to special projects that support team and organizational goals. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree that provides a foundation in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience supporting marketing functions within a fast-paced business environment. Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail. Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to support business objectives. Strong written and verbal communication skills used to develop, coordinate, and deliver marketing-related communications. Experience utilizing marketing tools, processes, or platforms to support campaign execution, reporting, or operational activities. Added Bonus If You Have Experience in the automotive, technology, or related industries that enables you to contribute quickly. Additional experience managing end-to-end marketing communications and stakeholder coordination. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, channels, and campaign execution best practices. Experience supporting marketing analytics, reporting, or performance measurement activities. Exposure to marketing technology platforms that help improve workflow efficiency and campaign management.
