Key Responsibilities * Own and grow all fleet and commercial vehicle sales for Stellantis brands * Develop and manage relationships with:

• Corporate fleets
• Government & municipal buyers
• Construction, logistics, utilities, and national accounts
• Negotiate high-volume contracts while maximizing gross and backend

Manage OEM programs, incentives, upfits, and delivery logistics * Forecast inventory needs and coordinate with management and manufacturers * Build, mentor, and lead fleet sales staff as volume increases * Represent the dealership professionally with high-level decision-makers Compensation & Benefits
