Senior Financial Analyst

Senior Financial Analyst, Technology FinanceReporting to the Manager of Finance, the Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis related to the Technology Capital Project Investment Portfolio. This associate will leverage functional expertise to provide operational leaders insights and identify risks/opportunities to their business. The position is expected to streamline financial tracking and controls through discipline and continuous improvement, collaborate with a diverse group of partners for financial support, and develop presentation materials for business partners and executive leadership.Your impact includes:Perform business, financial, and operational analysis to help influence management decision-makingCross functionally collaborate to develop, review and/or analyze financial and non-financial business cases related to technology capital investment projectsReview financials and collaborate with partners to ensure that financial controls and tracking are maintainedReview and influence monthly technology project forecasts, allocate costs, and publish monthly reporting to key stakeholdersPartner with multiple non-financial and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve shared goalsManages monthly forecasts and monthly close, including accruals and variance explanationsSupport annual budgeting and long-range strategic planning processComplete project post assessments (i.e. hindsights) to ensure the achievement of stated financial and non-financial objectives of the business case were metPerform adhoc and special project analysis as directedCollaborate effectively with partners with diverse skillsetsMaintain disciplined attention to staying updated on financial inputs to ensure processes work seamlesslyMine for areas of opportunity to streamline processes to enable continued productivity increasesManage multiple workstreams concurrently while effectively prioritizing themComfortably present business results, analysis and recommendations to cross-functional partners and senior leadersMinimum Salary: $84,200.00Maximum Salary: $114,975.00VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.Your experience:Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting preferredThree to five years of experience in financial reporting or analysis roleStrong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks/projectsDemonstrated initiative and drive to achieve resultsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced PC skills including Excel and PowerPoint
