Distribution Accounting Administrator

Join the team at Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company! Days/Hours of Work: Monday-Friday; 10 am to 7 pm. Job Summary This position provides administrative and clerical support with high attention to detail. This includes customer service activities, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Reponsibilities include interaction with drivers for route settlement and cash room duties with coin counting machines. Job Responsibilities Count vending driver cash and coin using money counting equipment, prepare deposits to bank Face to face route settlement with vending drivers Accounts payable, coding invoices, working with vendors Process vending commissions payments, mail commission statements Accounts receivable, apply customer payments in system, complete deposit slips and generate monthly customer AR statements Inventory Set up new customer and new products masterdata in Vendmax system Prepare cash journal entries Answer phones, assist customers, dispatch equipment service calls Order office supplies All other duties as assigned Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of one year of work experience required. Prior experience with administrative support in an office environment. Working knowledge of various computer software programs: Word, Excel, etc. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
