Ultimate responsibility: Deliver personalized resident care for all our community members, which requires intimately knowing every resident and their unique needs. Other primary responsibilities include: Assist residents with personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, using the bathroom and grooming Assist residents with mobility issues, including escort and transfer Assist residents with housekeeping, such making the bed and cleaning the kitchen and bathroom Consistently utilize eHR (electronic medical records) and other systems to ensure resident care is accurately tracked and delivered consistent with each resident’s care plan Observe residents for safety and report any change of condition or other pertinent information to Resident Services Director Requirements Qualifications: At least 18 years of age High school diploma or GED, preferred Experience interacting with and deeply relating to seniors Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Alignment with Tenfold core values: curiosity, creativity, resilience, compassion, intention, and contribution Must be available to work NOC shifts (10:00PM-6:00AM) (schedule and whether FT or PT TBD) Benefits: Medical, dental and vision coverage, eligibility the first of the month following initial 30 days of employment 401k match Life and disability insurance Flexible spending plan 15 days of PTO annually, with increased days after year four 6 paid holidays annually Free daily lunch Paid professional development Tuition assistance program Volunteer time off We maintain a COVID-safe environment.
