A well-established and growing commercial construction management firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role offers the opportunity to lead diverse commercial, industrial, office, and specialty construction projects while working closely with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Description

• Plan and manage construction project timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Foster strong relationships with all involved parties to achieve project goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience with industrial, warehouse, office, manufacturing, healthcare, or institutional projects is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Proficiency with project management software, Microsoft Office, and scheduling platforms.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
