We are seeking a Director of Provider & Data Services to be a part of our growing team responsible for serving physicians and healthcare providers during the job search process. This position reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, oversees the Provider and Data Services teams, and interacts regularly with marketing, content/media, creative, and sales teams. This candidate would lead and direct the Provider & Data Services teams to procure, enhance, maintain, and update provider candidate data in order to grow and stabilize databases through registrations and interviews. The ideal candidate will provide oversight and reporting on individual and collective production results with analysis and insights on trends and performance indicators to inform strategy and campaign performance. Desired Skills & Experience Four-year degree in sales, marketing, or related field; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience. 5-10 years of experience in management and physician recruitment/sourcing Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals, and effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form, and apply critical thinking to problem solving. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Salesforce, GoToMeeting, Jive phone systems, Slack, database collection and management programs. Supervisory experience, included, but not limited to, interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
