OBGYN Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician Partnership Track

A well-established private OB/GYN practice in upstate New York is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Obstetrician/Gynecologist for a full-time position. This role offers a no-buy-in partnership pathway, competitive compensation, profit sharing, comprehensive benefits, and a 401(k)-retirement plan. The practice averages approximately 500 deliveries annually and features advanced in-office technology, including 4D ultrasound, hysteroscopy, colposcopy, LEEP, and cryosurgery. A full-time sonographer supports all imaging needs. Call responsibilities are shared among two OB/GYN physicians and two Certified Nurse Midwives to ensure balanced 24-hour coverage.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Proficiency in OB/GYN surgical and diagnostic procedures
• Strong clinical communication and patient-centered care skills
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Eligibility for New York State medical licensure
