Location Odessa, TX 79764 Title Member Services Representative Reports To Club Manager FLSA Classification Non-Exempt What You’ll Be Doing Provide a high‑energy, positive experience to members, encouraging them to achieve their fitness goals. Ensure the club is clean and maintain a judgment‑free environment. Identify new and current members who may join fitness classes. Introduce members to Black Card amenities and benefits. Check in members at the welcome desk, greet and farewell them, give tours, handle enrollment, and perform other club responsibilities. Act as a leader, encouraging members to enjoy their time at the club. Work a variable schedule; shifts may include weekends and holidays. Qualifications Minimum age of 18 years. Passion for helping others. Physical ability to communicate, stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, reach, climb, balance, kneel, and handle hazardous chemicals. Reliable punctuality and dependability. High‑school diploma or GED equivalent. Physical Demands Occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs.
