Anticipating and providing for the needs of the guests while upholding banquet standards and following company policies.***ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**** Set up event spaces; flatware, napkins, centerpieces, glassware, arranging table placement, and building buffets.* Focus on the job while staying on their feet and moving about freely, which can include bending, climbing stairs and carrying items weighing 25-50 pounds.* Delivers courses of plated meals quickly/professionally while following service standards.* Always adhere to health and safety standards.* Follows directions efficiently and maintains positivity/energy during their shifts.* Complete their tasks in a timely manner and check out with the supervisor before leaving at the end of the shift.* ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED***EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:**** Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent* Certificate(s) or License(s): Upon onboarding you must obtain food handlers and alcohol servsafe certificates.***KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:**** Good communication* Teamwork* Dedication***TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:**** Must have valid license and pass the necessary requirements of the company to drive company vehicles to our off-property banquet venues.***PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:***Regularly walks, stands, and lifts up to 50 lbs.Seldom/Never sits or does computer work.***INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT***:Performs tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation.
