Estamos contratando Miembros del Equipo de Cocina (Back of House) para el turno de la maana, apoyando las operaciones de desayuno y almuerzo en una cocina rpida, organizada y bien dirigida.

En Chick-fil-A, trabajar en la cocina es ms que preparar comida es trabajar con disciplina, respeto y altos estndares todos los das.
Responsabilidades
- Llegar puntualmente para comenzar a las 5:30 a.m. y reportarse con el lder de cocina
- Preparar ingredientes y organizar la cocina para el servicio de desayuno y almuerzo
- Cocinar, ensamblar y empacar alimentos segn los estndares de Chick-fil-A
- Mantener las reas de preparacin, coccin y lavado limpias y organizadas
- Seguir los procedimientos de seguridad alimentaria (temperaturas y rotacin FIFO)
- Trabajar en diferentes estaciones de cocina como preparacin, empanizado, papas fritas y ensamblaje
- Comunicarse claramente con compaeros y lderes para un servicio fluido
- Trabajar de manera segura con el equipo de cocina y reportar cualquier problema de mantenimiento
- Participar en entrenamientos y mantenerse actualizado con los procedimientos
- Cumplir con las normas de seguridad, presentacin y operacin de Chick-fil-A
Requisitos
- Debe tener 18 aos o ms
- Disponibilidad los sbados es obligatoria
- Ser responsable, puntual y confiable
- Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente rpido
- Poder estar de pie por largos perodos y levantar hasta 50 libras
- Disposicin para aprender y trabajar en equipo
- Actitud positiva y tica de trabajo fuerte
- Experiencia en cocina o restaurante es til, pero no es requerida
