Fabricator – Steel / Metal

Pay: $23/hr

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with steel or metal, using hand and power tools, and fabricating or assembling components. MIG welding experience is a plus, but not required.

Essential Responsibilities

• Fabricate, fit, and assemble steel and metal components.
• Read and follow basic blueprints, drawings, and measurements.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
• Cut, drill, grind, and prepare materials for assembly.
• Measure materials accurately and ensure finished products meet specifications.
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in fabrication, manufacturing, metal work, or a similar environment preferred.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings or blueprints is a plus.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• MIG/Steel welding experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Comfortable working in hot and physically demanding conditions.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and work with materials throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Must be fully authorized to work in the U.S.
