About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Digital Operations to play a pivotal role in the transformation of its digital organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and evolving the operating model that connects digital strategy to execution, with a focus on creating systems, rhythms, and processes that drive measurable business value. This includes establishing portfolio management disciplines, governance structures, and performance management capabilities to enable the teams to scale innovation and deliver outcomes. The role also involves leading the integration of AI into the product lifecycle, driving AI adoption, and championing modern ways of working to ensure the organization remains competitive and agile. Applicants for this role at the company should be builders with a proven track record of creating and scaling operational capabilities within product-led, technology-forward organizations. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of leadership experience in relevant functions and a strong background in connecting digital initiatives to business and financial outcomes. Key qualifications include the ability to drive AI transformation, exceptional communication skills, and the capacity to lead through ambiguity while building alignment across diverse stakeholder groups. The role requires a strategic operator who can simplify complexity, and a change agent who is adept at challenging conventional operating methods. Experience in portfolio management, digital operations, and a deep understanding of modern product operating models are highly valued.
