Field Medical Case Manager - Rehab & Return-to-Work Lead

EmergencyMD

ForzaCare is seeking a Field Medical Case Manager to help injured workers navigate recovery and return to work. You will connect the injured worker, medical providers, employers, and insurance carriers to ensure timely, transparent, and effective care management. This role is ideal for licensed nurses or certified rehabilitation counselors. While prior workers' compensation experience is strongly preferred, candidates with related backgrounds will be valued. #J-18808-Ljbffr EmergencyMD
