The program concludes with a final presentation where you'll showcase your achievements and the difference you've made.What You Will Do at GracoProvide general production support for machining and/or assembly areas by participating in hands-on troubleshooting issues and providing technical assistanceAssist in evaluating the need for machine and/or assembly area upgradesParticipate in capital equipment justification as neededReview and analyze standards and operational layouts to suggest improvementsAssist in the selection and implementation of tooling and fixtures for machining and/or assembly jobsParticipate in cost of quality improvements, root cause analysis and corrective actionReact to changing priorities in a timely mannerReport man-hour estimatesWhat You Will Bring to GracoCurrently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or comparable Engineering programMinimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scaleStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as an effective team memberMechanical aptitude and desire for hands on workAcceleratorsExperience with CAD software such as AutoCADExperience with 3D printersApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.$21.00 - $28.00
