We are currently seeking on a high-impact Senior Program Manager opportunity supporting complex new product development and production programs within a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is highly visible and focuses on driving program execution, customer engagement, schedule/budget management, and cross-functional leadership from development through production launch. The ideal background includes: Seven years' experience within aerospace manufacturing environments, primes/Tier 1 suppliers, Lean Manufacturing, Phase Gate processes, and complex fabrication environments is highly desired. • Aerospace or advanced manufacturing experience • Program or project leadership within engineering/manufacturing environments • Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, customers) • Strong understanding of schedule, cost, risk, and program execution • Exposure to new product introduction (NPI), product development, or phase-gate environments, High-visibility aerospace programs supporting commercial, military, and space applications. Leadership of new product development and production execution Strong focus on program execution, customer relations, schedule, budget, and risk management Competitive compensation package ranging from $155K plus 10% bonus and comprehensive benefits, wellness offerings, matching 401(k), and PTO ITAR/EAR Compliance: U.S. Person status required (citizen, permanent resident, asylee, refugee).
