We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results while fostering a collaborative, supportive, and team-oriented culture.Why join us?Manage plaintiff personal injury litigation files from filing through trial.Draft and respond to written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.Prepare motions, pleadings, subpoenas, and other litigation documents.Coordinate trial preparation, including exhibit binders, witness files, trial notebooks, and calendaring deadlines.Assist attorneys with depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial logistics.Organize and maintain litigation files and case management systems.Job DetailsIndependently manage a litigation caseload from inception through trialDraft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondenceConduct and defend depositionsAttend hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and arbitrationsDevelop litigation strategy alongside senior attorneysWork with medical experts, investigators, and retained expertsJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
