Regional CDL-A Truck Driver - Home Weekly Reset

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A regional drivers based in Middletown, Delaware, for its Northeast fleet. This position offers consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus.Drivers typically haul regional freight from northern North Carolina through Maine and as far west as eastern Ohio, with home time on Saturdays and Sundays.$4,000 sign-on bonus$0.80–$0.85 per mileHome Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour resetAverage of 1,500 miles per week, depending on hours and freight availabilityAverage length of haul of approximately 400 milesUp to a $0.03-per-mile performance bonus based on safety, mileage, and productivityAdditional stop pay, detention pay, and Long Island delivery pay2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractorsMedical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) match, and paid time offTop regional drivers on this fleet earn up to $1,850 per weekAdditional pay includes $20 for the first stop, $35 for the second stop, $50 for the third stop and each subsequent stop, $65 for Long Island deliveries, and $12.50 per hour in detention pay after two hours.Drivers operate a mix of live loads and preloaded trailers throughout the Northeast regional network.
