About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to spearhead the evolution of its global marketing function. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the company's growth, particularly in the realms of Generative and Agentic AI. This role demands a strategic leader who can quickly adapt, enhance execution, and deliver tangible results in terms of pipeline and brand impact. The VP of Marketing will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including brand management, demand generation, account-based marketing, field marketing, partner marketing, and developer relations. A key focus will be on sharpening the company's positioning and messaging, especially in differentiating its AI offerings from those of hyperscalers and generic LLM providers. The role is highly hands-on and requires a leader who can partner closely with the product organization to translate technical capabilities into business value and go-to-market narratives. Candidates for the VP of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of marketing leadership experience in B2B enterprise software or AI, with a proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue in high-growth environments. The role requires a leader with strong messaging and narrative instincts, technical fluency in AI/ML, enterprise software, and cloud architecture, and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at crafting compelling narratives for both technical buyers and C-Suite executives. A hands-on, in-office leadership style is essential, as is the ability to lead a team, manage a global marketing budget, and ensure a relentless focus on ROI. The VP of Marketing will also be expected to activate co-marketing motions with strategic partners and expand the developer community through targeted technical content and relations.
