Responsibilities Submit and manage electronic invoices through client eBilling platforms Resolve invoice rejections, reductions, and appeals Maintain client billing guidelines and vendor portal requirements Collaborate with attorneys, billing teams, and clients to ensure timely payment Generate reporting and support the firm's electronic billing operations Qualifications 2+ years of legal billing or eBilling experience Experience with platforms such as Legal Tracker, CounselLink, BillingPoint, Tymetrix, eBillingHub , or similar Strong understanding of legal billing guidelines and electronic invoice submission Experience with Aderant or Elite is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
