Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out individual treatment plans prescribed by psychiatrists or other medical professionals.
• Monitor patients' behaviors and record observations accurately for progress tracking.
• Provide emotional support to patients while ensuring a safe and supportive environment for their recovery.
• Diffuse potentially dangerous situations by using crisis intervention techniques when necessary.
• Assist patients with daily living activities such as eating, bathing, or dressing as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement therapeutic interventions tailored to patient needs.

Work Environment:
