About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Director of Omnichannel to spearhead the creation and implementation of integrated, data-driven omnichannel strategies that enhance personalized experiences for HCP and patient audiences. This senior leadership role demands a professional with over 10 years' experience in omnichannel, CX, integrated marketing, analytics, or engagement, particularly within the pharmaceutical marketing and advertising sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading omnichannel strategy and execution across key client accounts, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and measurable business outcomes. Key responsibilities include ecosystem and journey mapping, vendor/partner strategy, organizational excellence, analytics, and optimization, long-term planning, cross-functional leadership, capability development, and business growth. Applicants must have a proven track record in leading complex client engagements, cross-functional teams, and multiple workstreams at a senior level. Deep expertise in HCP marketing, including CRM/RM, HCP-native platforms, and the interplay between sales and marketing, is essential, with experience in patient engagement being preferred. The role also requires advanced skills in audience segmentation, journey mapping, content orchestration, personalization, and measurement frameworks. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading omnichannel planning and execution for drug launches and/or label updates, as well as a strong understanding of healthcare marketing vendors, partners, and data solutions. The ability to mentor and develop talent, influence stakeholders, and contribute to new business pitches is crucial, along with excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level client relationship skills.
