Be part of a collaborative clinic environment where you can work directly with clients, support BTs/RBTs, collaborate with families, and make meaningful clinical decisions in a team-focused setting.

LOW CASELOADS

We prioritize quality of care over quantity of clients . With a lower caseload, you'll have more time for clinical decision-making, data analysis, treatment planning, BT/RBT support, and meaningful collaboration with families.

• Full-Time Salaried ($90K–$110K+)
• Full-Time Hourly ($85–$100/hour)
• Part-Time ($85–$100/hour)
• Flexible Schedules

What We're Looking For

• Current BCBA certification or a scheduled BCBA exam — let's line up a role for when you're certified!
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• NC BCBA licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure (we compensate for this cost!)

Newly certified BCBAs are welcome! Clinical mentorship and support are available as you continue developing your skills.
