THE WORK

Lockheed Martin is seeking a talented Associate Manager with a TS/SCI w/ poly clearance to work from our Aurora, CO location. This is an L‑coded position that manages personnel in multiple organizations while continuing with current technical duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Hiring and talent evaluation Commitment development and ratings Timekeeping and compliance training approvals and oversight Various other administrative functions, including award and promotion write‑ups This is a MID‑SR CAREER (level 4) role where candidates typically require 5+ years of professional experience and a BS degree.
