Lead Mammographer Technologist

Job Overview Central Valley Medical and Women’s Imaging is looking for a Mammography Technologist to join our Radiation Therapy team in Fresno, CA. This full‑time role offers competitive pay up to $61.25 per hour, a $5,000 sign‑on bonus, and relocation assistance. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced mammography procedures with high accuracy and clinical expertise. Assist in stereotactic breast imaging and ensure proper processing of specimens and lab documentation. Evaluate patient conditions, determine appropriate imaging approaches, and review imaging orders. Perform exams, ensuring adherence to IHS quality and safety standards, including patient identification and procedural time‑outs. Provide patient care throughout the mammography process. Qualifications Associate degree in Radiologic Sciences. Current ARRT, CRT, and CPR certifications. Advanced mammography training. Ability to train, mentor, and support team members. Strong critical thinking, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Commitment to patient‑centered care and professional excellence.
