What You'll Do:
- Manage outpatient physical therapy caseload independently
- Assist patients with a variety of diagnoses such as sports injuries, pediatric developmental issues, neuro-specific conditions, and post-surgical recoveries
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Use EMR systems including Wellsky and Meditech Expanse
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient recovery
- Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
- Support patients' functional goals and improve quality of life
What You Need:
- Current Louisiana PT license
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient or relevant experience
- Key skills: strong case management, teamwork, patient-centered care
- Preferred: experience with EMR systems, and managing diverse patient populations
