Pharmacy Manager

Join Genoa Healthcare , part of Optum and UnitedHealth Group, and help improve the lives of individuals served through behavioral health and addiction treatment programs. This Pharmacy Manager role combines patient care, pharmacy leadership, business operations, and team development in a collaborative clinic-based setting.

Location: Adult & Child Mental Health Center, Indianapolis, IN

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:30 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM-3:00 PM

What You Will Do

• Lead daily pharmacy operations and ensure safe, compliant prescription dispensing
• Build strong relationships with patients, clinic partners, and community stakeholders
• Provide medication counseling and education to patients
• Partner with clinical teams to support positive patient outcomes
• Administer immunizations and other wellness services
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Manage pharmacy financial performance and identify growth opportunities
• Recruit, develop, coach, and support pharmacy team members
• Monitor key performance metrics and drive operational improvements
• Support workforce planning, business planning, and marketing initiatives
• Foster a positive, patient-focused culture that reflects Genoa's values

What You Will Bring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
• Current Indiana Pharmacist License
• Certified Immunizer or willingness to obtain certification within 3 months of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmacy leadership experience
• Authorization to administer long-acting injectables, or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire

Compensation & Benefits - $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for External Candidates

• Salary range: $112,700 - $193,200 annually
