ME Engineers is seeking a creative and motivated Senior Marketing Manager to join our Denver office. As a Senior Marketing Manager you will … Design and develop high-quality marketing collateral, including qualification packages, interview presentations, brochures, and other pursuit-related materials. Write compelling capability statements, project profiles, past performance narratives, and other content that effectively communicates the firm’s expertise and experience. Design engaging infographics and visual content to support business development pursuits and client presentations. Collaborate closely with the marketing team and executive leadership to produce strategic, high-impact qualification packages and interview presentations. Maintain and update marketing resources, including staff resumes, project profiles, references, project data, and industry awards information. Identify, prepare, and submit entries for relevant industry awards, rankings, and recognition programs. Assist with the maintenance and organization of the firm’s CRM database (Unanet CRM by Cosential). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism or related field. 7–15 years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for working in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. Exceptional written communication, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into compelling and accessible marketing content. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with particular expertise in InDesign. Experience using and maintaining a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; knowledge of Unanet CRM by Cosential is a plus. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with both peers and firm management, positive client-focused attitude. Compensation for this position will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and the level of training required to successfully perform the responsibilities of the role.
