This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects for global clients like Microsoft, Oracle, Amazon, Google, while advancing your career in a dynamic and supportive team environment.What We Offer:Experience in a high-tech industry within an international companyUnique, cutting-edge data center projectsComprehensive training and professional development opportunitiesSupportive management and a dynamic team environmentCareer growth potentialCompetitive salaryCompetitive benefits package: Health insurance (Medical, HSA & FSA, Dental, Vision), Life insurance, Short-term and long-term disability, many other benefits, including PTO.Opportunity to participate in company's retirement planStock ownership / synthetic equity optionsWhat You Will Do:Lead electrical engineering design activities on major projects in the United States.Design, model, and simulate electrical systems for hyperscale and AI data centers.Develop electrical systems including power distribution, UPS, standby generators, and security systems.Prepare engineering calculations, schematic designs, and detailed designs.Create technical documentation for project execution, including design criteria and specifications.Collaborate with architects and engineers to coordinate BIM models and resolve conflicts.Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with engineering codes and safety standards.Use BIM tools to virtually construct electrical systems and coordinate with other disciplines.Manage and coordinate projects, including on-site supervision.Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress.Utilize laser scanning technology to document installation states.What We Expect:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant electrical engineering experience, preferably in the construction industry.Experience with data center projects or other large-scale industrial projects is a plus but not required.Knowledge of electrical systems including MV/LV power distribution, UPS, generators, redundancy strategies (N+1, 2N), and energy efficiency principles.PE license preferred; additional certifications (LEED AP, PMP, etc.) are a plus.Clear understanding of NEC, IEEE, and international electrical codes relevant to mission-critical facilities.Proficiency in BIM software (Autodesk Revit), CAD modeling tools, and other relevant engineering softwareExperience performing power system studies (short circuit, protective-device coordination, arc-flash analysis) using SKM, Etap, or EasyPower Software.Experience performing underground ductbank ampacity/heat (Neher McGrath) studies.Strong understanding of electrical systems design, including power distribution, UPS systems, standby generators, and security systems.Familiarity with electrical codes and safety standards.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Strong project management abilities, including the coordination and supervision of on-site activities.Must be authorized to work in the United States.Why Join Us?Work on cutting-edge data center projects in a fast-growing industry.Opportunity to collaborate with industry-leading professionals and firms.Competitive salary, benefits, and career growth opportunities.Dynamic environment fostering creativity through exposure to diverse technologies and experiences.
