CAS Assessor - Hybrid, Person-Centered Assessments

Equiliem is seeking a CAS Assessor to perform person-centered assessments for adults 18+, blending in-person and virtual interviews. You will coordinate with individuals, caregivers, and providers, ensuring timely, accurate assessments and coding in our systems. The role requires travel within the assigned NY region, strong communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a hybrid work setting.
