Call Center Representative

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to assist customers by phone, answer questions, provide information about products and services, and support customer engagement initiatives. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. Provide accurate and helpful information during customer interactions. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor. Customer-focused attitude. Comfortable communicating with customers by phone. Strong problem-solving abilities. Good organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous call center, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
