Partnering closely with the President, this role supports day-to-day business operations by strengthening alignment, improving workflows, and helping leadership priorities translate into action.This role focuses on enabling effective execution across teams—supporting operating rhythms, coordinating initiatives, and improving how work gets done. It is an operations role centered on organization, follow-through, and continuous improvement, not administrative support.What Motivates YouYou enjoy bringing structure and organization to fast-moving, evolving environments.You’re energized by improving processes and helping teams stay aligned and productive.You like connecting work across teams and ensuring priorities move forward.You take pride in anticipating needs, spotting gaps, and helping leaders operate more effectively.How You’ll Support the MissionPartner with the President on day-to-day business operations, helping align priorities, workflows, and communication across the organization.Support the operating rhythm of the business, including planning cycles, leadership meetings, and ongoing team cadences.Help track key initiatives and commitments, ensuring follow-through and surfacing risks or delays.Coordinate cross-functional work by clarifying dependencies, timelines, and next steps across teams.Prepare materials and structure for leadership discussions to support clear, efficient decision-making.Identify operational inefficiencies or gaps and recommend practical improvements to processes and workflows.Support execution of cross-functional projects that improve organizational effectiveness and team alignment.Partner with Finance and other functions to support planning, tracking, and coordination of business activities.Improve internal communication by ensuring updates, decisions, and priorities are clearly documented and shared.Help introduce tools, workflows, or lightweight automation that improve efficiency and reduce manual work.The Skills and Experience You BringExperience in operations, program coordination, business operations, or chief-of-staff–like roles.Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.Clear and effective communication skills, especially when coordinating across teams.Ability to anticipate needs, identify gaps, and follow through on execution.Sound judgment and discretion when working with sensitive or confidential information.Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.Preferred QualificationsExperience in SaaS, media, or technology organizations.Exposure to operational planning, project management, or business operations.Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Jira/Asana, or similar platforms.Interest in workflow optimization, automation, or AI-enabled productivity tools.Role StructureReports to: President, Arc XPLocation: Washington, DCFull-timeWhy This Role / Why Arc XPThis role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership while helping improve how Arc XP operates day to day.
