Compensation: $80,000–$94,000 annually (based on experience, caseload, and productivity)

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy based on clinical experience and training
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plan reviews
• Collaborate with other members of the treatment team as needed
• Participate in clinical meetings and professional development activities
• Build and maintain a consistent clinical caseload
• Full-time clinicians are expected to maintain a minimum of 25 client visits per week

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from independently licensed clinicians, including:

• Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)
• Equivalent independent clinical licenses that meet Virginia requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related behavioral health field from an accredited institution
• Current independent license in good standing (LPC, LCSW, or equivalent) in Virginia or eligibility for Virginia licensure
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Ability to maintain appropriate professional and ethical boundaries
• Comfortable working with diverse populations and presenting concerns
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with electronic health records (Valant experience is a plus)
