You are the last person to walk through every room before a guest arrives. Your attention to detail sets the tone for the guest's entire vacation. What You'll Do As a Housekeeping Inspector, you'll help ensure every guest walks into a room that's clean, comfortable, safe, and ready to exceed expectations. Responsibilities include: Inspect guest rooms using established quality standards before arrival Verify kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas are guest-ready Ensure appliances, HVAC systems, linens, and amenities are properly stocked and functioning Identify and report maintenance issues immediately Work closely with Housekeeping to correct deficiencies quickly Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance to ensure rooms are available on time Inspect public areas throughout the resort Help maintain organized storage and supply areas Assist with room cleaning when needed during busy periodsHelp maintain a positive, team‑oriented work environment What Success Looks Like You’ll play a direct role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by helping us achieve: 100% of assigned units inspected before guest arrival Guest-ready rooms that consistently exceed resort standards Prompt communication of maintenance and housekeeping issues Outstanding cleanliness scores on guest surveys and online reviews High Revinate housekeeping cleanliness scores Exceptional first impressions that create repeat guests We Invest in Our Team We operate using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), which means you’ll have leaders who provide: Clear expectations Ongoing coaching and training Weekly one‑on‑one meetings Recognition for outstanding performance Opportunities for advancement The tools and support needed to succeed Many of our leaders have grown their careers within Berry Companies, and we’re committed to helping our employees do the same.
