Solution Operations Associate Director

Associate Director of Solution Operations at IQVIA translates product strategy into scalable operational processes and service standards. This tactical role bridges product, solutions, and client service teams to ensure consistent execution and drive continuous improvement across healthcare information solutions.
Responsibilities
- Translate product strategy into scalable operating models, policies, and execution plans
- Serve as operational bridge across product, solutions, account management, and delivery teams
- Establish and manage operating cadences, service standards, procedures, and commercial guidance
- Gather feedback and identify trends to drive continuous improvement and resolve service gaps
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, manage change adoption, and develop team enablement and training
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years operations, product operations, client services, or related experience
- Demonstrated ability to convert strategy into practical operational processes
- Strong operational performance evaluation and process improvement expertise
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing without direct authority
- Healthcare, life sciences, or data-intensive industry background preferred
- Management or team leadership experience with talent development capability
Compensation: $86,000–$239,500 base
