Job Description
Contingent Assets is looking for a senior property accountant. This position needs someone who has experience in accounting leases in the GL for multiple properties across the country. This position also requires all the standard senior accounting task and someone comfortable with GL, journal entries and month end. You will work directly with the CFO.
This position is located in Sarasota FL.
This position is in office, It is required for the candidate to be in office daily.
Candidate Requirements:
- Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager Experience
- Property Accounting Experience
- GL, Journal Entries, Assist Month End Close
- Account Reconciliations, Cash Management,
- Revenue Recognition
- Reporting, KPI Dashboard Support, Ad Hoc Reporting
- FP&A Background Preferred
- Excellent Excel Skills (Required)
- Professional Business Presence (Required)
- B.S. Accounting Or B.S. Finance (Required
- 5 + Years Required
- $120K - $150K
