Key Responsibilities:
- General office administration and clerical support
- Support Human Resources and Manufacturing Operations
- Pull payroll reports and maintain payroll-related records
- Coordinate onboarding, new hire paperwork, and employee orientations
- Train employees on GMPs, workplace safety, company policies, and timekeeping procedures
- Collect, organize, and analyze data for management reporting
- Data entry, filing, document management, and recordkeeping
- Generate reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings and maintain office supplies
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Assist with special projects and other assigned duties
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis
- Experience supporting payroll processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
