Ticor Title, a subsidiary of FNF, is seeking a Commercial Escrow Assistant to join its Portland, OR office. Location Onsite based in Portland, OR. Duties & Responsibilities Assists Escrow Officer with opening orders, clearing title, client communications, basic document preparation, funding conditions, recording packages, and disbursements. Supports office with shared duties which may include reception and banking functions. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year in the Commercial Real Estate space. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Exceptional verbal/written communication skills. Organizational and problem‑solving capability. Analytical skills. Self‑starter with ability to work independently. Detail‑oriented and professional; able to handle confidential information.
