Senior People Business Partner

To support G&A and Marketing functions, the full-time Senior People Business Partner will act as a strategic partner with leaders and executives, providing coaching, managing performance, and driving people-centric strategies in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees while providing consultative support to managers Collaborate with internal teams to lead People cycles including employee engagement surveys and performance management Design and implement talent strategies to enhance retention, development, and overall employee experience Required qualifications 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role in a high-growth or tech environment Proven experience in leading large-scale change management initiatives Ability to drive solutions autonomously in ambiguous situations Strong track record in developing and measuring the success of people programs Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance employee experiences
