Knowledge and experience with the Department of General Services’ DEB policies and procedures. Experience negotiating and managing highly complex construction projects. Ability to be accurate, self-regulating, and able to work independently and creatively, Ability to communicate in a highly refined and compelling manner, both written and verbal.Additional ConsiderationsConstruction and Building Code knowledge. Prefer comprehensive knowledge of the Capital Outlay process and a full understanding of the Construction and Professional Services Manual. Prefer comprehensive knowledge of the Department of Corrections’ operation. Prefer knowledge of the Department of Purchasing and Supply policies and procedures.
