This is a hybrid role, based in San Jose, CA role, reporting to the VP, Product Management in the Product Management department. In this role, you will lead endpoint security, sandboxing, and anti-malware initiatives, shaping the strategic direction of our cybersecurity products and making a lasting impact on our global customer base.What you’ll do (Role Expectations)Define and drive Zscaler Internet Access(ZIA) offering including TLS inspection, Post-Quantum Cryptography, PKI, Cryptography standards, and key Secure Web Gateway and Proxy product roadmap in alignment with company objectives and customer needsWork closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to bring products to market and ensure their successEngage directly with customers to understand their challenges, gather product feedback, and identify new opportunitiesManage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring that products meet and exceed customer expectationsAct as the internal subject matter expert, providing training and support to sales and cross-functional teamsWho You Are (Success Profile)You thrive in ambiguity. You love what you do and you do it with purpose.What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domainProven track record in product management with a strong focus on cybersecurity solutionsTechnical proficiency with Proxy Architecture, SWG, and SSL/TLS inspection at scaleDeep understanding of federal infrastructure requirements such as IPv6 connectivity, PKI, and CryptographyBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceWhat Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)Experience leveraging AI/ML models to enhance automated malware detection, threat intelligence, or real-time security analyticsDirect familiarity with cloud-based security solutions, specifically Zscaler's architecture and offeringsMaster’s degree or MBA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field#LI-Hybrid#LI-CM3Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level.
