You’ll work directly with engineering, suppliers, partners, sales, and marketing to position differentiated in-house switch platforms that power AI factories, hyperscale datacenters, and high-performance networks.This role blends technical depth with commercial influence — leading customer engagements, building strategic supplier and partner relationships, authoring white papers and technical messaging, and translating market signals into winning go-to-market execution. If you thrive at the intersection of technology, storytelling, and revenue impact — and want your work visible across customers, executives, and the industry — this is where you make your mark.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):Work closely with sales team to promote switch productsDevelop promotion plans and execute the plans to meet promotion targetsBuild strong relationships with target customersTravel periodically to visit customersWork with FAE and business development teams to win customers for switch productsProvide pre-sales supportQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree a plus.15+ years of experience in networking, Ethernet switching, datacenter infrastructure, or related technologies, with deep hands-on or product leadership exposure.12+ years of business development, sales, or marketing experience preferred15+ years of customer-facing experience preferredCCIE certification (or equivalent expert-level networking expertise) strongly preferred.Demonstrated success supporting business development, partner engagement, customer presentations, and executive-level technical discussions.Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills in fast-paced, high-growth environments.Effective organization and planning skillsCreative thinker, to develop new strategies and solutionsStrong understanding of market trends and customer needsSolid communications skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to travel up to 25% of the timeSalary Range$210,000 - $225,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
