What You'll Do
  • Provide specialized critical care nursing to ICU patients in a busy hospital setting
  • Assess patient needs, implement care plans, and evaluate outcomes using the nursing process
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Document care accurately and efficiently within EPIC electronic health records
  • Advocate for patient privacy, safety, and comfort in a fast-paced environment
  • Participate in patient education tailored to diverse populations
  • Lead and delegate nursing tasks, optimizing team resources and ensuring quality care
What You Need

Required:

  • Active RN license in Louisiana
  • BLS, ACLS, CPI certifications
  • Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
  • Strong communication, judgment, and computer skills

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher
  • Additional certifications in clinical specialty areas
